Dear Family and Friends,
First, we want to thank all of you that were able to attend Missions Sunday two days ago at Cherry Creek Presbyterian. This was such a joy to see each of you. . . of which many I hadn’t seen in quite some time. The Sunday School classes certainly asked some well thought out questions; I love, “So why did you become a missionary?” since I got an ‘open door’ I replied, “Do you know we are all called to be missionaries as Christians?” “Really?” “Yes, really!”
Currently, Richard is packing tons of Bibles to accompany us on Saturday’s trip back to Ecuador. We arrive a week prior to the Music Mission Team’s arrival. . . There is much preparation all the way from printing fliers to refreshing linens that haven’t been used for the past three years due to covid complications.
We would ask you to pray for the safe travel and health of this team. They have experienced a few ‘bumps’ along the way in preparing for the trip such as passport difficulties and a team member contracting Covid . . . we are hoping that she will recover in time to make the trip. Also, that's all the instruments that have been donated will arrive safely and without custom conflicts. . . and hearts prepared to receive Jesus Christ.
May Thy Word be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path!
Dios los bendiga,
Elizabeth and Richard <><
