Dear Friends,
The week of Thanksgiving Day is upon us. And our ‘Yo Te Amo’ Board along with Richard and myself extend our sincerest appreciation for you, your prayers and contributions. . . and what your friendship has meant to not only us but to many, many people in the impoverished community in Floron, Ecuador. This spans from those working in the clinic, dental office, laboratory and out to the four young men working to provide clean water for the community.
However, it does not stop there! Your prayers and contributions have fortified our ability to assist with education both spiritually and professionally. Bibles and devotionals to both our staff and the church; and higher education beyond high school for eight employees over the twenty-five years.
For us ‘little things definitely matter’! The quilting ladies have donated hundreds of baby quilts and individuals have given baby clothes and linens. And now the Music Group is planning another visit next June for concerts, donating musical instruments as well as lessons.
If you did not find yourself somewhere in the above ‘giving’ excuse me and absolutely no doubt Our Heavenly Father is totally aware. . . And it is to Him we lift our thanksgiving and praise. . . for you and your generosity to extend a cup of cold water to bless the impoverished. Thus, your Thanksgiving will be blessed as you have blessed others . . . None of this could happen without your support.
Thanksgiving to God for you,
Richard and Elizabeth
